Incorrect payment amount

Please check the PromptPay amount before uploading your slip. If the amount is incorrect, contact our staff via LINE Official for assistance.

Cancellation by the restaurant

The restaurant may cancel an order if payment is incorrect, items are unavailable, the address is outside the delivery area or operational reasons require cancellation. We will notify the customer through the provided contact details.

Cancellation by the customer

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us via LINE Official as soon as possible. Once preparation has started, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

Refund method
